Meeting Notes

Thank you to all of you who were able to attend.  We certainly hope you were able to get some information that will help you in the decision making process.

Finances:

Registration:
   Registration can be completed online by clicking here OR by filling out this form, attaching the registration check and giving it to Lara Wiggins or Tricia Lannaman. If registration is completed online, please e-mail kcsmagirlscouts@gmail.com with your daughter's name and troop level so we can add her to the appropriate group.

Fundraiser:
  We will be participating in a fundraiser on Saturday August 4, from 10am - 4pm at 2692 Sandy Plains Rd Marietta, GA 30066.  The troop will be selling hot dogs and hamburgers to raise additional funds.  If you have a business and would like to be a part of the event, please call 678-640-6114.  We would also like to have parent volunteers for this event and donations for raffle items.  Please let us know how you can help.

Parent Meeting - 7/14/2012

Wow!  It's hard to believe that school starts in just 5 weeks!  Summer has gone by so quickly.

In preparing for the new school year, we would like to invite you all to a parent meeting.

Date: Saturday, July 14
Time: 2pm - 3pm
Location: Golden Corral (700 Barrett Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30144)

We will discuss Leadership, Finances, Registration, Upcoming Events and more. This meeting is also open to any interested in finding out what our Troop is about.  We are excited to see you all!  Please let us know if you will be attending.
